I can hardly believe it is a year since my last visit to the London Comic Con. I blogged previously about that visit and some of the characters I met.

So, last Saturday (29 Oct) Phil and I made our may back to Docklands. As before, I was armed with a flash and a CTO filter, with the aim of getting a slightly cinematic look to the characters we came across. (If you want to know about the technique of using a flash/CTO combination, have a look at last year's blog piece). Best of all, this time, we made use of some large flat stone walls in front of the Excel Centre that could have been placed specifically for use as plain photo backdrops. 

All the characters that Phill and I approached were so kind and generous with their time that it was a great pleasure to photograph them.
